Rosehips (Rosa canina) are the dried fruits of the Wild Dog Rose. 

Rosehips are one of the richest plant sources of Vitamin C. They also contain Vitamins A, D, and E, essential fatty acids and antioxidants and Iron which is essential for preventing anaemia.

Rosehips are a natural source of bioflavonoids, from the pigment in the skin, which are reputed to have numerous health benefits including lowering cholesterol, reducing cardio vascular disease and reducing the growth of cancer cells.
