• Mixed Pulses

Mixed beans and pulses add variety to any diet.

  • Soak overnight in warm water
  • Beans and pulses become softer if they are left soaking for 2 or 3 days
  • Refresh with plenty of fresh water several times during the soaking period
  • Rinse thoroughly and serve
  • Beans and pulses can be served warmed by soaking in boiling water for a few minutes
